• to be a church that involves laity in significant ministry. (Eph. 4:11,12)
• to be a church that is open to new ideas. (Is. 43:19)
• to be a church that moves people to continually deeper commitments to God. (Phil. 1:6)
• to be a church that has purpose in all it does. (Acts 2:42)
• to be a church that is sacrificial in using time and talents for Kingdom work. (Matt. 6:20,21)
• to be a church that loves one another even when we disagree on doctrine or methodology. (John 15:17)
